Sebi's story
www.lovebubbleboy.com

It's been awhile.  Sebi's bday was nice - not too big which turned out well.  A few nurses showed up, that
tons of time with him.  Sebi really knows no strangers, so this is how I know there is something there when
he sees them.  At one point I remember saying "come on Sebi, they saved your life!  Just a little smile or hug!
Grandma Teri came for a visit for a couple weeks which gave Enrique and I some time to get out of the
house.  She just left a day ago - the first day after someone leaves is always strange to me.  Tomorrow I turn
33 for the second year in a row!  Apparently I am 32 (have been telling people I am 33) so I feel like I have
gained a year...a freebie.  Sebi for the past few days has had diarhea and its freaking me out a bit....he hasnt
had it like this for about a year.  It has given him a horrible, painful rash.  We took a dirty diaper to Riley
today so they can test it (Is there one lab worker that specializes in poopy diaper samples?  If so do they
wear a mask...you would think I suppose.  Can you tell I find it intersting where my baby's diaper will end
up).  We then went over to the main hospital side and went up to where his room was.  We saw some nurses
we hadnt seen in a year and that was really nice!  Every thing was almost exactly as we left it, it seems.  We
got some special wipes for Sebi - the ones he used while he was going through chemo.  They are amazing for
diaper rash...i really really mean amazing.  I saw them for sale once at Sams Club I think.  Worth every penny.
He doesnt cry now when I change his diaper (or fight me).  He is not talking and I think getting a bit
frustrated about it.   Don't misunderstand, he does communicate...sometimes very fierce in his noises.  Im in
total love with him.  He is so funny to watch and listen too...has such cute/strange ways about him.  I could
go on and on but I won't.  This year he will see the fireworks and I wonder how that will go...

ill write again...
