Hospital in downtown Indianapolis
Many people have offered their help
- thank you so much. Obviously
what we want most help with is for
our son to have health , this is in the
doctors hands and Gods. Our next
concern is the cost for all these
treatments - known to run into the
millions (see scid.net). The care
does not stop with
transplant....there will be many
visits to doctors for at least a year
after and could go for years.
Because he has no immune system
another thing we have to do is
"purify" our home. Last week we
had a MAJOR plumbing leak that
saturated carpet and side boards so
we have the additional burden of
this....mold is extremely dangerous
for him so carpets must be replaced
or wood put down to even more
decrease his exposure to germs and
dust. Donations can even help us
with this task.
